Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We offer money back guarantee minus flat delivery cost £3 for UK orders and minus flat delivery cost £15 for all international orders. 

Buyer is responsible for a trackable return cost and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in an original condition and packaging with a proof of purchase.

We process a refund within 5 working days after an item is received back.

Returns of personalised items are not accepted.
