Dispatch All in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. Personalised and made-to-order items are dispatched within 5–14 working days — we always aim for the sooner end. If your order is time-sensitive, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

UK Standard Delivery Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £30, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with approximate delivery times of 2–5 working days. For orders under £30, a standard delivery charge applies at checkout.

Worldwide Delivery We ship worldwide via Evri International tracked service. Delivery typically takes 5–15 working days depending on your destination. A flat shipping rate applies, shown at checkout.

Delivery Issues If you're not available when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout to avoid any delays.

Returns We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

What We Can Accept Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Any reduction in value due to damage or missing packaging will be deducted from your refund. Please note we are unable to accept returns on personalised items or earrings for hygiene and customisation reasons.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 5 working days. The following deductions apply:

  • UK orders over £30 — a flat £5 packaging and delivery deduction applies
  • UK orders under £30 — the original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • International orders — a flat £20 packaging and delivery deduction applies

Return shipping is at your cost and must be sent via a trackable service.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
