Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on personalised items or earrings. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Deductions apply: UK orders over £30 — £5 flat deduction; UK orders under £30 — original shipping non-refundable; international orders — £20 flat deduction. Return shipping is at your cost via a trackable service. For damaged or faulty items contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or full refund.
