SHIPPING POLICY
UK Delivery
All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. Personalised and made-to-order items are dispatched within 15 working days.
Standard delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 48 — approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Under £30.00 — £3.50
- £30.00 and over — Free
International Delivery
We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked.
- Europe — approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch — £20.00 flat rate
- USA & Canada — approximately 7–14 working days after dispatch — £20.00 flat rate
- Australia, New Zealand & rest of world — approximately 7–21 working days after dispatch — £20.00 flat rate
All international orders are fully tracked from our Scottish studio to your door.
Please note — international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rate and are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
